IMPORTANT: Updates for Campsite releases - July 1 and 2.
Use of virtual queue
Despite earlier correspondence, further technical investigation has determined that the use of a virtual queue will lead to the best and most fair user experience for the online releases for July 1 and 2.
The queue process will be identical to campsite releases in 2023 and 2022.
Guests can enter the 'waiting room' by clicking the "Book Now" button anytime between 6 PM and 7 PM. The time you enter the waiting room does not affect your place in the queue.’
We suggest you click the book now button at approximately 6:50 pm.
At 7 PM, guests in the waiting room will be randomly sorted into a queue and admitted to the website in order.
The use of a queue will not change the use of the booking portal once your turn in the queue arrives.
A 15-minute hold will still be in place for guests to complete a booking following site selection.
Updated Camping Terms and Conditions
The Camping Terms and Conditions have been updated – please head to our website, here, to read the terms and conditions before the release.
This has included significant changes to the alteration and cancellation policy – it is hoped these changes increase the flexibility of cancellations and alterations.
It is still recommended that guests purchase cancellation insurance to protect your booking.
Updated Campground maps
The campground maps have been updated to reflect the acknowledgment of some sites as ‘tent-only’ and changing availability of sites due to accommodation offerings.
Please view the updated maps on our websites here before the release – to ensure you are familiar with changes.
If you select a tent site and intend to use a caravan on that site – it is your responsibility to ensure you can setup and pack down without affecting other sites.
