Release date information

  • The Virtual Queue used in previous booking releases will not be deployed for the booking release.

  • At 7 pm on the booking release dates, the booking portal will become available through the “Book Now” button in the top right hand corner of this page. (Or in the menu if you are on a mobile)

  • The booking portal and site selection feature is optimised for desktop computers - we highly recommend you use this method to book.

  • Once you have selected a site, your site is secured for approximately 15 minutes to enable you time to complete the rest of the booking information. Note the 15 minute timer will display without selecting a site - this means it is holding a random site for you until you select your preferred site. It is imperative that you select a site at step 2 to avoid disappointment.

  • We have a strict cancellation policy and highly recommend that you purchase insurance should you think you may need to cancel.

  • If you wish to make more than one booking, you must re-enter the booking portal following the first completed booking.
