General Information
25/26 Updates
The Committee has carefully considered your feedback and determined that the most equitable and least stressful booking process for the peak period is to implement a ballot system.
This also means the bookings may be processed earlier, enabling you to confirm your Summer plans by the end of May.
21 night + peak period bookings will now be allocated through an internal ballot process, independently verified to ensure fairness and transparency. As a result, the online booking system will not be used for these reservations. Instead, bookings will be processed internally and confirmed with guests, who will then be required to make a deposit payment.
Approximately 15% of sites will be allocated as short-stay sites for the summer peak period, with a maximum of two week bookings permitted, these will be available for booking online at 7pm at July 1.
To maintain integrity and impartiality, the ballot draw will be observed by an independent Justice of the Peace, who will verify that the process has been conducted fairly and without bias.
Release Dates (All Campgrounds)
Bookings for peak periods will be subject to a ballot process, the application form will open May 9th and will close on May 25th at 5pm.
The draw will take place on Monday, 26th May at 12pm , with de-identified results published on the website at approx 12.30PM.
Following the draw, there is no need to contact the office. Allocations and booking confirmations will be sent from 26th May to 29th May.
Bookings for all other dates will be open online from 7pm on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
Peak Period Ballot Process and Conditions
The order in which ballot applications are made will have no bearing upon result of ballot draw.
Only one ballot application is permitted per guest, with guests to be listed in the application form.
Guests will be allocated and advised of a unique ID before the draw (At the latest 11am on Monday 26th)- this ID will be used for the ballot draw and published online - allowing transparency of ballot positioning.
Guests will be able to list three preferred dates and three preferred sites at the time of application.
Refer to key dates and activities below.
