September Beach Patrol

The sun was finally shining for us today! A new location for this group and we found lots of hidden plastic treasures just waiting to be plucked out of the dunes. A bunch of old bottles, brittle plastic disintegrating in our hands and hundreds of cigarettes.

It feels good knowing it’s in the bins now and not in the bellies of breeding animals this spring. Thank you to the wonderful volunteers who shared their time with us this morning. See you in a month!
